Prior to FY 1999, the assets that supported DFCI-based Harvard professorships were held by Dana Farber. In FY 1999, to be more consistent with the way that Harvard professorships are typically managed, those assets were transferred to Harvard University. The assets will continue to be used to support the DFCI-based professorships.
