After I've applied, what can I expect?
Once your resume is received, it will be logged into our database. Your resume will be forwarded to the appropriate recruiter in Human Resources. If your background qualifies you for the position, the recruiter will contact you to arrange an interview. DFCI keeps resumes on file for one year.
How should I prepare for an interview with Human Resources?
You should bring the most recent copy of your resume along with reference information. You will be asked to complete an employment application before you meet with the recruiter. If you are offered and accept a position, employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of a background check, which may include a criminal records check.
What types of positions are open?
All of our food services, housekeeping, and security personnel are employed through outside vendors. If you are interested in working in one of these areas, please contact the appropriate corporation below.
