The Dana-Farber Culture
Office of Diversity and Talent Management
Under the auspices of the Office of Diversity and Telent Management, staff and patient representatives are currently working to ensure that "Dana-Farber's excellence in people, management, and diversity practices is as rich as its excellence in cancer care, prevention, and research." Initiatives now underway have been inspired by information gathered in our Diversity Report.
