- Patient Safety's Team for Safe Care campaign
- Letters and testimony to legislators to promote passage of the Pediatric Palliative Care Bill
- Children's Hospital Resource Room Design and reference materials
- Dana-Farber/Children's Hospital Cancer Care Pediatric Handbook for Patients, Families, and Friends
- "Weekend Initiative" — patients and parents to share care experiences with Council
- Suggestion boxes for patient/family suggestions
- "How to Help" brochure — for friends/families of patients transitioning to palliative care
